Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the entire country. Dear Lord, may beginnings of peace grow strong in the Middle East. By Your grace and mercy in the new year please help us meet the needs of the needy. Help us to hold fast to faith and have thankful hearts even in the midst of storms. Praises to You at the site of Your ancient Temple for coming to dwell with us as Jesus Messsiah, as foretold by Isaiah and others, and to be the perfect sacrificial Lamb who died to save mankind from their sins. Open eyes and hearts, Lord, that many would know Your everlasting love and eternal life. Amen.
