Proverbs 13:12 I pray for”good and perfect gifts” from the father of lights in whom there is no variation or shifting shadow: that He would soon generously provide “trees of life”, for myself and my family, that our sorrow will be replaced with shalom and delight. I pray also that I myself will likewise live as a “tree of life” for others for all of my days: to love God above all and my neighbor as myself, to comfort the uncomforted, to bless the restless and heavy-hearted, to give rest to the tired, to be a presence of joy and healing for those around me, and to give sincere words of aptly spoken, living truth to the hungry soul.
