Dear Beautiful Community, I’ve been really practicing self care, eating healthy, drinking lots of water, going to bed at the same time every night so I am more likely to get a good sleep, I cut down sugar almost entirely from my diet and I only have sweets on special occasions such as a holiday, a birthday or a party. I practice prayer and meditation daily. I get exercise in every day and is lend quality time outside every day. I feel like with tons of relentless effort, I’ve done pretty good with most of it. The one big problem I am having - is for the life of me, I fall asleep and I can’t wake up. I put my alarm clock across the room so I have to walk to shut it off, I put three alarms on my cell phone and my iPad. So if I snooze it wakes me up no matter what. I shut off my phone and shut off my iPad in my sleep so I don’t even hear the alarm clock that I set. I go back to sleep and I am late for everything. I over sleep and I am so frustrated with myself. Help.
