I was working as an RN in a psychiatric hospital, where I was attacked, suffered a concussion, and a neck injury. As a result, I've been unable to work for over 3 years. I have constant post concussion headaches, tension, and developed migraine headaches. I have struggled with anxiety and depression, and developed PTSD. I lost my rental home as a single mother. My oldest son and my only grandson had to move to another state. My youngest son was able to take my dog, and move to his dads. (Bad environment) I suffered the loss of my support system, and more humiliation to move back to my parents home. Torte reforms in my state prevented me from sueing my employer. 2 years and many medications/ medical procedures, I decided to apply for Social Security Disability. Upon leaving the attorneys office, I was hit head-on, totaling my car, sustained more injuries to to neck, and back. My precious elderly father was with me, and he suffered injuries.
