More than 200 Jewish men, women, and children were kidnapped and taken back to Gaza by the Hamas terrorists. Talking to the families of some of the precious people was so heartbreaking. To see the uncertainty and dread in their eyes touched my heart. As rumors swirl of a deal to get at least some of them released, I am encouraging you to continue to pray specifically for the protection of these innocents and for their grieving families. As we give thanks this week, we must also ask God’s help for those in urgent need.
