We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (less S&H) with the following exceptions:

Manufacturer defective merchandise or damaged goods (subject to our inspection) will be replaced or a full refund will be made (plus S&H) for that item.
Due to the high cost of returning items to the Holy Land, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on any and all gift and décor items returned for any reason other than defect or damage. We must be notified within 48 hours if any item in your shipment is damaged or defective.
Please note that hand-crafted items do not have a machine-made appearance. All natural materials are used by local artisans in the Holy Land to fashion each item by hand, making each piece unique. Slight imperfections in the materials used are considered to be normal and do not lessen the value or beauty of the piece. Imperfections of this nature are not considered defects or damage.

If You Have A Return:

You must notify our office within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have items that are damaged or defective. You must receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number in order to return ANY item.
